Walkers give Halliburton a super top salary for a designated rookie. This clause stipulates that Halliburton can get 30% of the salary cap (0.136 billion) as the starting salary (40.8 million), the annual increase is 8%.
Halliburton also became the second player in the history of the Pacers to get the designated super top salary after George.
Halliburton played 56 games last season, with an average of 20.7 points, 3.7 rebounds, 10.4 assists and 1.6 steals, with a hit rate of 49% and a 3-40%, and was selected as the All-Star team in the east.
