Live Bar, June 30 news the Blazers officially announced that the team had offered qualified quotations for center Ibu Badji and striker John Butler, both of whom would become restricted free players.
The 20-year-old Ibu Badji signed a two-way contract with the pioneers in last November.
John Butler played 19 regular season games last season, with an average of 2.4 points, 0.9 rebounds and 0.6 assists, field goal percentage 32.1%.
