When asked about his previous visit to the Rockets and trial training, Whitmore said, “I want to say that I have known all the people there. The team has just welcomed a new coaching team, I think we can really reverse the situation, reshape the team culture and do something special.”
When asked if he had seen the video of the rocket game and had any impression on the rocket, Whitmore replied, “I have seen the video of all the teams, the video of all the people, I don’t lie to you, I am NBA super fans. I noticed that little Martin would divide his opponents every time and Jay Green played well last season. I already know them very well.”
