The official announcement is as follows:
The Serbian basketball federation will hold the 2023 Global coach training course in Belgrade. In order to broaden the vision of domestic basketball coaches and strengthen exchanges with international high-level coaches, the Chinese Basketball Association will organize domestic coaches to go to Belgrade to participate in this training course. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
I. Training time and place
Training time: from June 20 to June 25, 2023.
Training venue: Belgrade, Serbia.
II. Registration conditions and registration methods
(I) registration requirements
1. Citizens of the People’s Republic of China
2. Has obtained the coach certificate issued by China Basketball Association
3. Personal legal passport is required.
4. It is necessary to purchase relevant overseas insurance from June 18 to return to China. The types of insurance should include overseas rescue services; Accident death and disability insurance; Rescue insurance; Medical expense insurance, etc.
(Ii) registration method
Fill in the registration form (see Attachment) and seal the relevant certification materials according to the requirements. Scan the relevant materials and payment certificates and send them to the standards and training department of China Basketball Association: [email protected]
After receiving the email reply to confirm that the materials are correct, contact China Travel Service for flight confirmation and payment booking, and complete the registration. All processes will be completed before June 9, 2023.

Fill in registration form and send it to the email address of the Standards and Training Department → contact the International Travel Service to confirm the flight information → pay and book the flight after receiving the email confirmation reply → complete the registration.
The training course was held by the Serbian basketball federation and the Serbian coach Association. The Chinese Basketball Association assisted in organizing student registration. The Chinese tourism group was responsible for charging fees to the Serbian side and arranging specific docking conditions.
The training course is divided into two stages.
Phase 1: June 19-23
The Serbian basketball federation organized students to participate in 4 trainings of the Serbian club; Participated in 2-3 training courses of the Serbian Basketball Academy.
The organizer will provide team translation.
Phase II: June 24-25
The Serbian basketball federation organized students to participate in the Serbian Dusan Lvkovic basketball education seminar.
Simultaneous Interpretation by the organizer.
The trainees completed the training and obtained the education and training certificates issued by the Serbian basketball federation and the Serbian coaches association.

Students report to the hotel according to their personal location and confirm the flight information with China Travel Service. The organizer is responsible for receiving the station to the hotel.
(Ii) notice of registration
1. Please hold a valid Schengen visa. Chinese citizens who want to travel between countries in Schengen area pay special attention to: because Serbia is not an EU country or a Schengen country, therefore, when transferring from a Schengen region country to another Schengen region country through Serbia (for example, from Italy to Greece through Serbia), no matter the parties can’t leave the airport in Belgrade, when he leaves the country of origin, he is regarded as leaving the Schengen area. His passport will be stamped with an exit stamp, and a Schengen visa will expire. When he transfers in Belgrade, he will be blocked and cannot go to the destination country. The parties concerned will be sent back to the country of origin or required to purchase tickets to return home. In addition, Chinese citizens with two valid Schengen visas should also pay attention to this when arranging travel!
2. Since the implementation of the mutual visa exemption agreement between China and Serbia, the number of Chinese citizens visiting Serbia has increased day by day. According to some recent problems, the Chinese consulate in Serbia reminded Chinese citizens to pay attention to the following matters:
(1) visa-free personnel cannot apply for residence, find a job or apply for visa extension locally;
(2) UnionPay card cannot be used in Serbia. Bank cards with VISA and MASTERCARD can be used. In addition, please prepare some euro or dollar cash with you when you travel to avoid the situation that the bank card is locked due to the wrong password and cannot be withdrawn when you withdraw money from the ATM machine;
(3) Please keep your heavy goods and passports, and it is better to keep these goods in the safe provided by the hotel.

IV. Expenses
(1) training fee (RMB):25000 yuan/person. Include:
1. Single room accommodation in a four-star hotel for seven nights;
2. Two meals a day (breakfast, dinner) during the training period;
3. Serbia airport-hotel-stadium shuttle bus;
4. Lecture training fees for well-known coaches and exclusive front seat of lecture gymnasium;
5. Clothing and training guidance materials;
6. The training course fee of Basketball Academy;
7.4 basketball training fees for visiting Serbian teams.
(2) insurance expenses are self-care;
(3) the cost of round-trip air tickets shall be self-care, and the itinerary shall be arranged through the unified booking of the National Travel Service according to the city where the trainees are located.
