According to Liu Peng, Shanghai men’s basketball currently maintains the training rhythm of two exercises a day, and there will be two days a week for the team members to adjust and relax. “At this stage, training for recovering is still the main one, young players will arrange extra training for them at night, mainly shooting. “With more than four months before the opening of the new season, Shanghai men’s basketball will formulate different training plans every month according to the actual situation to ensure the players’ personal skills and physical conditions, and the attack and defense system of the team have been improved to some extent. It is reported that Shanghai men’s basketball is currently considering conducting some warm-up teaching competitions with other teams in July to test the training results. “the rhythm we maintain in summer training is training, competition and finding problems, then solve the problem in training.”
