Live Bar, June 9th today, the Wizards held a press conference to introduce Michael Wenger, the new president of the team.
At the press conference, Wizards player Kuzma tweeted, “breathtaking moment!”
Earlier, according to Eric Pincus, a reporter from bleachers sports, it was rumored in the league that Kuzma would sign a big contract with Wizards during the off-season.
Kuzma played 64 games with an average of 35 minutes, scoring 21.2 points, 7.2 rebounds and 3.7 assists. He is a player option next season with a salary of $13 million. Considering the performance of this season, he is expected to jump out of the contract to seek a new contract this year.
